1) PARTIES:

After this agreement is mutually read and understood between the parties, it will be deemed to have been signed by sending the order transaction online or directly to the Service Company, with the conditions stated on the Service company's website and the following conditions.

2) SUBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT:

2.0 My Website announces the announcement of this agreement to its users primarily on the website located at https://www.habersitesial.com. My website publishes any changes to the contract on its website in the same way, and this publication replaces the notification made to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to follow the changes regarding the contract. Users who continue to benefit from my website services are deemed to have accepted the terms specified in this agreement. One of the most important features of the Internet is that it has a structure that no one fully owns or controls. While this feature enables all kinds of information to be shared freely on the Internet, it also ensures that the information obtained through the Internet is accurate and in compliance with laws, public morality, etc. This also results in the suitability not being guaranteed. My website does not control the accuracy and content of the information reaching its system and does not apply any censorship, unless otherwise requested by legal authorities. For this reason, users have to check the accuracy and suitability of the information they will receive via the Internet. Users cannot hold My Website responsible for any damage that may occur due to the content or incorrectness of the information they receive via the Internet. regulates the fee to be paid. Descriptions of these services are as follows:

2.2 Domain Name Registration is to ensure that the address is reserved on behalf of the CUSTOMER by making all legal applications for the registration of the internet address to be obtained according to the Customer's request and preference.

2.3 Ready Website Package; To place the technical and visual design of the Website in a healthy way under the preferred address, according to the CUSTOMER's request and preference.

2.4 Hosting; It is the process of keeping the website prepared by Websitem or previously prepared by someone else on Websitem servers open to the internet.

2.5 Control Panel access; While benefiting from the Ready website package service, the CUSTOMER can perform operations such as managing the content of the website, adding images, logos, etc., publishing advertisements of their products, etc., which is an access opportunity that can only be used by those who have the required username and password.

3- DURATION OF THE CONTRACT :

This contract; It starts when the user uses one of the paid payment channels (credit card, money transfer) for the order he/she has placed and delivers it to my Website. The duration of the contract is the payment period chosen by the User during the order.

4-SERVICE LIMITS:

CUSTOMER is entirely responsible for the content of the Website to be published in the area allocated to him by the Service Company. The Customer declares, accepts and undertakes to bear the legal and criminal liability arising from the illegality of the text, data, sound, image and all kinds of data on the site in question. It is entirely the Customer's responsibility to back up the data on the site. No fault can be attributed to the Service Company in this regard. It is prohibited to perform the actions described below using the services of the Service Company. The Service Company reserves the right to temporarily freeze, limit or completely terminate the service it provides in such cases, with or without warning.

Behaviors that will harm the users, commercial reputation and reputation of my website. Any activity that is contrary to applicable laws and constitutes a crime, although not specified herein. As stated above, users who use My Website services are responsible for the legal consequences of their activities. My website does not regularly check and audit the compliance of the activities carried out by its users with this agreement or the law. However, My Website reserves the right to take measures such as deleting information about harmful activities of which it is aware, stopping the publication of the website, using applications to block harmful broadcasts, and blocking Internet access. My website attaches importance to the confidentiality of information transmitted on websites and over the Internet. However, due to its general structure, the security level of information transmitted over the Internet is no greater or less than that of regular mail, fax or voice telephone conversations. For this reason, My Website recommends that its users act with the awareness that the information they send or publish over the Internet does not have an absolute level of security. Users are responsible for their system and information security, except where otherwise stated, and cannot hold My Website responsible for failure to ensure information security during the use of their services. SITUATIONS WHICH ARE PROHIBITED AND IF THEY ARE DONE, THE SERVICE WILL BE INTERRUPTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY WARNING OR WARNING:

c) Behaviors contrary to general morality: Publishing content called "adult" at a level that is contrary to the general morality, customs and traditions accepted in the society and / or mediating this by using the services of the Service Company.

d) Trying to access other people's computers and user accounts illegally by using my website services (behaviors defined as "hacking" or "hacker" and other activities that will allow illegal, unauthorized access to systems such as "port scan", "stealth scan" etc.). activities ) and harming others' computers/networks/networks by such means.

e) Providing free services: Using my website services, providing services such as giving music files, free e-mail to members/visitors, offering pirated software, toplist, banner change.

f) And although not stated here, publishing publications that would violate the applicable laws using My Website services, using the passwords given by My Website to him/her, acting in a manner that would endanger the security of other customers and My Website, and trying to access My Website's information without permission.

g) My website is free from all kinds of problems that may arise from the sites hosted on its servers, all kinds of credit cards, sales made on the site by the site owner, money withdrawn from POS machines made in the SSI secure area, and problems such as hacking, hacking, theft, information theft, overdraft, etc. is not responsible.

i) Virus, etc. Activities related to the distribution of harmful substances: sending of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses or "pinging", "flooding", "mailbombing", "denial of service", etc. and activities that may cause disruption in the use of the device.

5-FEE:
The prices of the services offered by my website are explained in Turkish Lira on its pages. These prices do not include 18% legal VAT. My website reserves the right not to start or stop the service until the payment is made.

6-RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
a) The customer is responsible for the security of the username and passwords given by My Website for access to him/her in order to upload files, access his/her e-mails, and manage the website. My Website cannot be held responsible if it falls into the hands of third parties.

b) The Customer declares, accepts and undertakes to comply with any warning or notification published by My Website while using the hosting service.

c) The customer declares, accepts and undertakes to bear the taxes, duties and other legal obligations that are in effect or may come into force later, brought by the domain name registered and hosting services.

d) My Website cannot be held responsible for any material or moral damage that may arise from the Customer's use, page contents, or a message received by electronic mail (e-mail). All responsibility belongs to the customer.

7- FREEZING THE SERVICE:

If the service fee is not paid in full and at the time specified in the contract, if there is a fault on the part of the Customer in cases where payment is received by credit card, and if there is content contrary to the above-mentioned contractual articles, My Website reserves the right to freeze the service, and to suspend and interrupt the service if this situation continues.

The customer can only use the usage rights arising from this agreement himself, and cannot make them available to third parties, transfer them, rent them to others, or sell them. Otherwise, he unconditionally accepts and undertakes that all responsibility will belong to him and that Websitem may terminate this agreement and claim damages from him.

8. COMPETENT COURT:

In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, EDREMIT COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES are authorized.

This contract consists of 8 articles and has been signed with the mutual acceptance and commitment of the parties.
9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: :

My website reserves the right to cancel or suspend access to an account with or without notice.

The customer can terminate the contract at any time with written notice, but cannot request a refund of the paid fees.
If hosting service cannot be provided to the Customer due to problems arising from My Website Servers, an unconditional money-back guarantee is provided for shared hosting within the first 14 days.

There are no refunds for cancellations after the first 14 days.

Dedicated server fees, administrative fees, installation fee of customized software and domain name fees are non-refundable.
If a service is canceled and refunded within the first 14 days, it will not be refunded if it is canceled again.

Those who violate the Terms of Service cannot benefit from the refund policy.
